Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"App" refers to the Neighborhood Eye mobile application.

"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

• Users are granted the right to access and use the features provided by the App.
• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
• No liability shall be fall the company for use of this app in a manner that it was not intended.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

• The App collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• User data is collected for the purpose of providing and improving the services offered by the App.
• The Company implements measures to protect user data and complies with Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act of 2021 and any regulations and guidelines issued in terms of the act or any relevant legislation.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with the App are owned by the Company.
• Users may not use copyrighted material or trademarks within the App without permission.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use the App for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in prohibited activities including but not limited to, spamming or harassment.

6. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the App for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
• Users may terminate their use of the App at any time.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation.
• Jurisdiction and venue for legal proceedings shall be determined by applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, including its Cyber and Data Protection Act of 2021 and any regulations and guidelines issued in terms of the act or any relevant legislation.
